At MetalDetector, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your equipment; if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to get you back in the field with the right tools as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully place the detector and all included accessories back into the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure safe transit and eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
